Roasted Parmesan Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Red Baby Potatoes, cleaned well, cut in half
- 2 T Olive oil
- ½ t Kosher sea salt, to taste
- ¼ t Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ C Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Olive oil Cooking spray
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Grease a baking sheet with sides, with olive oil.
- Cut potatoes in half and spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Turn over potatoes so cut side is facing down.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning over half way through.
