Ingredients:
- 1 C Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
- 2 t Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- ½ C Carrots, trimmed, peeled, shredded (About 2 carrots)
- ½ C Red Cabbage, shredded finely
- ½ C Yellow Bell Pepper
- ½ C Red Bell Pepper
- ½ C Celery, chopped finely
- ½ C Baby Spinach Leaves
- 4 9” Spinach Tortilla’s or wraps
Directions:
- In a medium bowl combine cheese and dry ranch mix.
- Lay each of the tortillas flat, spread with about ¼ cup of the cheese mix.
- Spread thinly and nearly to the edge on each tortilla.
- In rows, side by side, arrange about 2 tablespoons of each of the toppings, in the same direction.
- From the long side, tightly roll each tortilla, then, slice crosswise into 2 inch rounds.
- Lay flat on a platter and serve immediately.
