Quick Vegan Tomato Soup - Stay Healthy!

Ingredients:
- 2 C Swanson Brand Vegetable Broth
- (1) 14.5 oz. Can Organic Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ t Dried Basil
- ¼ t Granulated sugar
- ¼ t Kosher sea salt
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
Directions:
- Combine broth, tomatoes, and seasonings in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- When soup gently simmers, reduce heat to med-low, stirring occasionally, and simmering for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Pour into blender, place clean kitchen towel over lid and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and velvety.
- Garnish as desired.
- Serve hot.
