How to cook diverse

We did our research and learned that the #1 problem most people have is monotonous eating.

There are only 3 ways to start eating a variety of foods (and no, it’s not saving more recipes online 😜):

Use new cooking techniques to cook from a familiar set of foods in new ways;
Use new flavor combinations to cook with familiar staple foods, but get new results through additions;
To use new products to try new things and experiment in the kitchen.
We’ve created a starter course, lasting only a week, so you can try each of the ways in practice and make changes in your family’s diet.

It’s not hard at all. And it’s a lot of fun.

How does the training work?

The course is a step-by-step program that you access on the school’s platform:

  • The lessons are pre-recorded, watch and cook whenever you want
  • Under the tutorials you can ask questions or share a photo of the dish and get feedback from the chef
  • You have a private chat in Telegram with the chef and other participants, where you can promptly ask questions
  • The course volume is for 1 week of training, but you can go faster or slower.
  • The menu is based on affordable foods that you can easily buy at your neighborhood hypermarket or on your way home from work.
  • Worked out substitutions will help you customize your menu.
