Since I’m a big fan of “hidden” vegetables, I love adding spinach or baby greens to a breakfast smoothie, because you can’t taste it but, you get all the nutrition of leafy vegetables. The delicious fruits are prominent in flavor instead. I make this with all kinds of variations so we don’t get tired of it. Feel free to experiment to use what you have and find your favorite combinations. Also good to add is ½ C yogurt.
