Fast and Easy Baby Carrots with all the Right Seasonings

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. bag fresh Baby cut peeled carrots
- 2 t Honey
- 1 T Sherry Vinegar
- 1 T Olive oil
- 1 T Melted unsalted butter
- ¼ t Granulated sugar
- ¼ t each, Salt & Pepper, to taste
- pinch of ground cinnamon (1/8th teaspoon)
- pinch of ground cumin (1/8th teaspoon)
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients except for the carrots in a medium bowl.
- Add carrots to the bowl, stir to cover carrots.
- Tightly cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the microwave.
- Cook on high for 4 minutes, carefully remove cover and stir.
- Recover and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes, or until tender.
- Keep warm until ready to serve.
