This tastes Great! I’m always trying to find a way to add vegetables to my smoothies. I want more nutritiously dense foods but it has to taste amazing! That’s why there’s only a bit of beet…I’ve swapped out spinach for the beet. Next time maybe I’ll try to include beets AND spinach to see if it’s still drinkable. I promise this is “safe” (meaning delicious!) to make if you’re trying to drink or eat more vegetables for a healthier diet. Also, you can try this Blueberry Banana smoothie without spinach or beets. You might also like to try this Strawberry Banana spinach smoothie made with more vegetables.
